Since January 2008 I’ve written a monthly column about sustainable business for Business In Vancouver newspaper. Some stories focus on basic education, introducing topics such as carbon accounting, ethical supply chain management or sustainability reporting. Others examine the role of business in making the shift to sustainability – always keeping a foot grounded in the business case. And sometimes there’s a speaker or event I cover. My goal is to expose an audience that may not otherwise get a lot of sustainability information to a steady message that “it’s happening, you may as well get on top of it – and you’ll likely benefit, too.”
